Use of the App

Orique is licensed, not sold, to you. You may use the app only in accordance with these Terms and all applicable laws.

Orique is intended for personal or business use as provided by the features available within the application.

Subscriptions

Some features of Orique require an auto-renewing subscription.

• Payment is charged to your Apple Account upon confirmation of purchase.
• Your subscription renews automatically unless it is cancelled at least 24 hours before the end of the current billing period.
• Your account is charged for renewal within 24 hours before the end of the current period.
• You can manage or cancel your subscription at any time through your Apple Account Settings.

Prices may vary by country or region and are shown in the App Store before purchase.

Intellectual Property

All rights, title, and interest in Orique, including its software, design, branding, and content, remain the property of NeoDarque AB.

Disclaimer

Orique is provided on an "as is" and "as available" basis. While we strive to provide a reliable service, we do not guarantee uninterrupted availability or that the application will always be free from errors.

Limitation of Liability

To the maximum extent permitted by applicable law, NeoDarque AB shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages arising from the use of Orique.

Apple's Standard EULA

The use of Orique is also governed by Apple's Standard End User License Agreement (EULA), available at: apple.com/legal/internet-services/itunes/dev/stdeula

If there is any conflict between these Terms and Apple's Standard EULA regarding your rights to use the application, Apple's Standard EULA shall prevail.
